Yangzhong Engine Plant
Located in Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province, the plant covers an area of 180 mu. The first engine rolled off the production line in June 2020, and the 10 millionth engine of HONEYCOMB was produced in June 2021.
It mainly produces EB and EN engines, cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and other key components.
The workshop adopts internationally advanced automated equipment and carries out standardized manufacturing with the production philosophy of flexibility, automation and informatization.
Machining Workshop
Focusing on the three core components of engine cylinder block, cylinder head and crankshaft, it builds a full-process intelligent manufacturing system with world-class equipment and mature processes, realizing micron-level precision manufacturing and efficient and stable delivery.
Precision Equipment
Introduced high-end German horizontal machining centers, NAGEL honing machines, JUNKERS and Landis high-precision grinding machines. Positioning accuracy ≤0.004 mm, repeat positioning accuracy ≤ 0.002 mm, ensuring ultra-precision grinding and machining quality for complex structures.
Intelligent Clamping
Adopts high-precision zero-point pin fixtures with integrated air-tightness detection and air-break self-locking functions, achieving zero-deviation model change and seamless transfer across equipment.

Adopts KUKA robots + Yamaha servo motors to achieve micron-level positioning and flexible tightening for key components. With dual closed-loop control of torque and angle, and millisecond-level real-time monitoring, it leads the industry in quality stability.

Full coverage of MES system, real-time interaction of 307 production data items, supporting up to 10 years of ultra-long traceability.
Wireless & PLC collaboration enables 100% automatic abnormal alarm, making the manufacturing process transparent and controllable.
Fully Automatic Sealing Process
Servo electric cylinders for precise gluing, with laser real-time monitoring of bead path and size, closed-loop control, ensuring long-term stable and reliable sealing quality.
High-Precision Vision & Leak Test Error-Proofing
7-coordinate five-surface vision scanning, 0.1 mm-level deviation recognition, full coverage of 30 inspection items, error-proofing coverage rate: 99%.
Dual-mode high-precision leak test with accuracy up to 0.01 ml/min, 100% full inspection of air and oil passages, zero quality risks.
