Chongqing Engine Plant
Located in Yongchuan, Chongqing, the plant covers 113 mu and started production in June 2021.
It mainly produces 2.0L, 3.0L gasoline/diesel engines and 2.4L diesel engines.
With imported automated equipment, it adopts flexible, automated and intelligent production, with an annual capacity of 500,000 units.
It provides strong support for the green transformation and intelligent upgrading of the automotive industry.

It features a lean layout and is capable of producing core components for 2.0L and 2.4L displacement diesel engines.
The production line mainly adopts world-class equipment from leading German and Japanese brands. It is cloud-deployed with an MES traceability and error-proofing intelligent information system. The whole line is equipped with technical research trusses and FANUC robots to realize accurate automatic loading and unloading.

Featuring a flexible design, the workshop is capable of manufacturing complete engines of various types: 2.0L diesel/gasoline, 3.0L diesel/gasoline, and 2.4L diesel engines.
The production line adopts solutions provided by top intelligent equipment suppliers in the industry. Supported by a host of leading technologies and equipment including the MES production management system, fully automatic industrial robots, high-precision tightening systems and vision systems, it achieves diversified, flexible and high-quality production.
